Flexible working has become an expectation for the modern workplace; yet for most organizations, managing it is still unknown territory. That’s where Worklib comes in. A contraction of the words work and “libre”, meaning free in French, Worklib is a startup born from the idea of helping people seize this unprecedented opportunity to change how we work for the better.
Facing a hyper-competitive market in full revolution, we needed to act fast. In just a few weeks, we helped to initiate the strategic platform and laid the foundation of a smart solution for hybrid work management, aimed at becoming the top management solution for HR and Ops teams, and a highly sought-after employee benefit.
Worklib is committed to putting employees at the center of every choice. It is built around a React Native app to give teams the right spaces and tools to work better from anywhere, find their workflow from home, the office, a co-working space, in a cafe or a hotel... Designed and tested with end-users, the solution helps define the hybrid work routine suited to their ideal work environment.
Employees and companies need support to make hybrid work a success. Worklib is their companion at every step, helping them set up, manage, and enjoy hybrid work programs that benefit everyone. Co-designed with leading companies, the solution provides cost-effective tools that are easy to manage, and designed to keep distributed teams aware of and connected to each other.
Through venue partners, collaborators can access a variety of workspaces where they can interact in different ways to suit their needs. Addressing venue operators, Worklib treats them with the same care. We built a workflow for venue owners to facilitate the registration and management of their spaces, providing guidance and insights throughout the listing and management process.
